Client: Best Buy

When the brief asked how a brick-and-mortar retailer competes with Amazon, the answer wasn't to out-discount them…it was to out-experience them. I concepted and wrote a campaign that leaned into what online shopping can never replicate: the tactile thrill of actually touching the thing. Copy channeled the nostalgia of play—kinetic, sensory, and a little fun—to get consumers into stores where Best Buy's price match guarantee would take care of the rest. The work ran across OOH, direct mail, social, and radio.
