Healthcare copy has one job: make something confusing feel manageable. MOBE's outreach campaign asked us to do exactly that—translate a complex reinsurance-backed health coaching program into messaging that felt less like fine print and more like a conversation. Drawing on customer journey research, we personalized the message across email, direct mail, and a premium introductory gift package, meeting people where they were based on their engagement, demographics, and interests. The campaign was rooted in simple health truisms, things every patient already knows to be true, because the most effective way to earn trust in healthcare isn't to overwhelm people with information. It's to make them feel understood first.
