Leading strategy, content planning, and full creative production for U.S. Bank's social channels, we grew engagement 87% year-over-year. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and overall engagement for finance brands dropped 40%, U.S. Bank went the other direction, increasing engagement 2–3x over the previous quarter and earning the highest social engagement among financial institutions in the country. We also identified Pinterest as an untapped platform, rebuilt their presence from scratch with a clear visual style and content strategy tailored to the platform's audience, and took them from 25 followers to 600,000 in six weeks. Sometimes the right words in the right place are just a very good idea executed very well.
